The two groups
The rail is split by who a setting belongs to. That distinction matters most when you belong to several workspaces: the Account group follows you everywhere, the Workspace group changes when you switch.Account — yours, everywhere
Workspace — shared with everyone in it
Who sees what
Almost every section is visible to every member; what changes is whether the controls are editable.Everyone
Your profile, Login & security, Appearance, Canned replies, API keys (the
list), Users & Roles (the roster), and the read-only view of Fields & tags
and Deals & currency.
Admins and the owner
Renaming the workspace, the custom-fields catalogue, the default currency
and phone country, inviting and removing members, changing roles, and
creating or revoking API keys.
Settings that live elsewhere
Not everything configurable is in Settings. Three things moved out because you work in them rather than set them once:- Channel settings — per channel, under Channels → WhatsApp → Channel Settings and its equivalents. A channel’s connection and behaviour are there, not here.
- Integrations — connected stores, Razorpay, Google, Zapier, n8n and Sales documents each have a card, and some have a whole console. See Integrations.
- Sales documents — your company details, GST mode, numbering and document design are in its own console at Integrations → Sales documents.
