Choose how your invoices look — a predefined template, or the layout, accent colour, density, paper size and optional blocks one by one, beside a live PDF preview.

| Classic | The default. Your name top-left, a boxed bill-to, a grey table header |
| Bold header | A colour band across the top carries your name and the title |
| Quiet | No fills, hairline rules and plenty of air. For studios, consultants and clinics |
| Ledger | A fully ruled grid that stays legible with forty lines. For shops and wholesalers |
| Letterhead | Your name centred at the top like printed stationery, with the bill under a rule |
| Warm | The colour band in amber, comfortable spacing, and no view-online line |
| Fresh | Minimal with an emerald title, for a service business that wants a little colour |
