Integrations in the sidebar is one page listing everything Watx can connect to. Each integration is a card: what it does, whether it is set up, and one button to set it up or open it. Watx is a CRM first. Every integration on this page is optional — the inbox, contacts, automations, flows and agents all work with nothing connected at all.

The directory

The header counts what is on the page: 2 connected · 1 needs attention · 3 available. The chips below filter by category — All, Stores, Payments, Productivity and Automation.

Shopify

Orders, abandoned carts and the catalogue arrive as they happen, with a console for your store.

WooCommerce

Orders and carts from your WordPress store, with webhooks you create in WooCommerce. In beta.

Razorpay

Collect from your customers through your own Razorpay account. Nothing passes through Watx.

Sales documents

Invoices, GST bills, quotations and receipts, sent as a PDF on WhatsApp. No payment gateway needed.

Google

Gmail, Calendar, Meet and Sheets through one script that runs in your own Google account.

Zapier

Trigger Zaps when contacts, conversations and messages arrive.

n8n

Trigger n8n workflows, cloud or self-hosted.

Other services

Slack, Notion, Airtable and anything else, as a pre-filled HTTP request step.

What a status means

A card that needs attention lists the reason underneath: Sync error, Disconnected, Finish setup, Events not arriving, No webhook secret, Needs company details.
A green status is meant to be true. If a store’s app was uninstalled in Shopify, or an OAuth round trip was abandoned, the card says so rather than staying green — reconnecting is the only fix and a tick is what stops anyone looking for it.

Who can connect one

Connecting, changing or disconnecting an integration is owner and admin work. Other roles see the cards and the consoles, with the buttons disabled and a reason on hover. See Members and roles.

Store limits

There is one store per workspace per platform — one Shopify store and one WooCommerce store. To connect a different one, disconnect the first.

Free tools

Below the directory is a Free tools group. These are small utilities on the Watx website — nothing to connect and nothing to set up — and they open in a new tab:

If what you need is not here

The last row on the page points at the public API. Issue a key under Settings → API keys, or point a webhook at us, and build your own — see API keys and Webhooks. Inside an automation you can also call any service directly with an HTTP request step, pre-filled from the Other services list.
