Home is the first row of the sidebar and the screen most people open first thing. It answers four questions on one page: how busy were we, who is waiting on us, what has gone wrong, and what is about to close. Every panel works with nothing connected; a workspace with only contacts and deals still gets a finished page.

The date range

The range control sits in the page header: 7d, 30d, 90d or Custom. 30d is the default. Custom opens Custom date range, where you pick a Start and an End day. One range governs every panel that counts activity over time, and each of those panels names the period it shows (for example “Last 30 days”):
  • the four headline tiles,
  • Conversations over time,
  • Channels,
  • Automation & AI.
The other panels describe the workspace as it stands right now, so the range does not change them: Pipeline value, Waiting on you, Closing soon, Campaign performance and Recent activity.

Exporting

Export next to the range opens Export data. Pick a Data type (Messages, Contacts, Deals or Campaigns), adjust From and To (they start from the range you are viewing), and press Export CSV.

Quick actions

A row of shortcuts under the page title: New contact, New deal, New automation and Open inbox. New campaign joins them once WhatsApp is connected, because campaigns send on WhatsApp only.

Needs attention

A strip under the quick actions lists counts worth interrupting you for. Each one links to the place you fix it:
The strip shows only counts above zero, and when there is nothing to report it does not appear at all. There is no “all clear” banner, so when the strip is on screen, something needs doing.

The headline tiles

Four tiles, each for the selected range: Every tile carries:
  • a sparkline, one point per day, so you can tell a spike from the normal shape of your week;
  • a comparison with the previous period of the same length, for example “vs previous 30 days”, as a percentage up or down. When the previous period had nothing to compare against, the tile says No prior data or First activity in this period instead of an invented percentage.
A won deal is counted in the period it was last updated, which is normally the day it was moved to won. Deals won says No deals closed in this period when there were none.

Conversations over time

Daily message volume for the range, as two areas: Incoming (from customers) and Outgoing (everything you sent). When an AI agent replied at least once in the range, a third line appears, of which AI. It sits inside Outgoing, because AI replies are part of what you sent, not extra messages on top. A workspace with no AI replies in the range sees no AI line at all.

Pipeline value

The value of open deals, broken down by stage. See Pipelines and deals.

Channels

One card per channel, with its connection state and, for a connected channel, how many messages were sent and received in the range. The whole card is a link: to the channel’s analytics when it is connected, or to its setup when it is not, where the card says Connect and the channel name.

Plan summary

The workspace owner also sees a plan card: the plan name, its standing (for example Trial, Active, Cancelling, Payment due or Expired) with a one-line explanation, the Contacts, Messages/mo and Seats allowances, and a Manage plan link. Nobody else sees this card. See Plans and billing.

Waiting on you

Customers whose last message has no reply yet, longest wait first. Each row links straight to the conversation, and the wait time updates while the page is open. The header says how many are waiting, or All replied when nobody is. The footer shows the target first reply time (five minutes) and the average first reply time this week and last week.

Closing soon

Open deals with an expected close date in the next 14 days, plus deals whose expected close date has already passed (up to 90 days back) while the deal is still open. Overdue deals are highlighted and counted in an overdue badge, because a close date that has passed on an open deal is the most common sign of a pipeline that needs updating. The panel shows the number of deals in the window and their total value. A deal appears here only once it has an expected close date.

Campaign performance

Your five most recent campaigns that are queued, sending, sent or failed. Each row shows how many messages were sent (and out of how many recipients, if not all were sent), how many failed, and a bar for Delivered, Read and Replied. The three bars are nested, not stacked: every read message was also delivered, so the bars overlap rather than add up. A badge in the header counts campaigns that are scheduled or repeating, and All campaigns opens the full list. See Campaigns.
The feature called Campaigns in the app was called Broadcasts until September 2026. Older pages, the API and its scope names still use the word “broadcast” for the same thing.

Automation & AI

Work that happened in the range without anyone typing: If no agent replied and no automation ran in the range, the panel says Nothing ran in this period instead. See AI agents and Automations.

Recent activity

The latest events across the workspace: messages, new contacts, deals, campaigns and automations, newest first. Show sets how many rows you see (5, 10, 20 or 50), and View all opens the inbox.
