What appears
Only entries that exist show up. There are no section headings and no “Orders (0)” — a workspace with nothing but WhatsApp messages gets a timeline that reads as finished rather than mostly empty.
Entries that point at something — a store order, a payment page, a deal — open it in a new tab, so the drawer you are reading stays where it is.
Messages are rolled up, not listed
One row per day and channel, reading like “14 received, 9 sent”, with the last thing you replied underneath. It is per channel as well as per day, so somebody who wrote on WhatsApp and Instagram the same afternoon shows as two rows rather than one merged count. The Inbox is the transcript, and Open chat is at the top of the same drawer. Repeating every message here would bury the order, the payment and the deal under three hundred “hi”s.Money
Entries about money show the amount on the right, in the currency the record was written in. A payment link that lapsed unpaid gets an expired entry; one that was paid does not, because it has a Payment received entry instead.How far back it goes
Each source contributes up to its most recent 50 entries, and messages are scanned back a few hundred rows before being rolled up. When a source hits that cap the timeline says “Showing the most recent activity only.”This is a drawer, not a report. For a full export, use the CSV exports on the dashboard or the public API.
