This is the shortest path from nothing to a working WhatsApp inbox. It takes about fifteen minutes, most of it inside Meta’s own connection wizard.

Create your account

Go to app.watx.in and choose Create account.You can sign up two ways:
  • Email and password — enter your full name, email and a password of at least 6 characters. Watx emails you a confirmation link; the account is not usable until you click it.
  • Continue with Google — Google has already verified the address, so there is no email round-trip and you land straight in the setup wizard.

Set up your workspace

The first screen of the wizard asks for:
  • Workspace name — usually your company or brand name. It appears in the sidebar, in the header and on every invite link. You can change it later.
  • Workspace logo (optional) — a PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB.
  • What do you want to do first? — optional, pick as many as apply.
  • How big is your team? and Where did you hear about us? — both required.
Press Continue.

Choose a plan and start the trial

The second screen shows Starter, Growth and Enterprise with their current prices and limits, read live from your Watx instance.Press Start free trial on a plan. That starts a 15-day trial — no card, no payment. Enterprise is quoted by hand, so its card says Talk to sales: fill in your name and work email and we get back to you, and the trial starts in the meantime.
A workspace gets one trial, ever. Switching between plans carries the same clock forward; it does not grant another 15 days. See Plans and billing.
Until a plan is chosen, the rest of the dashboard is closed — the wizard is a hard gate.

Connect a channel

You land on Onboarding, a checklist with one card per channel showing whether it is connected.For WhatsApp, open Channels → WhatsApp → Channel Settings and press Connect with Facebook. That opens Meta’s own Embedded Signup wizard, where you sign in with the Facebook account that administers your business, pick or create a business portfolio, and add the phone number customers will message. Watx shows what each of Meta’s steps expects before you start.
Use the Facebook profile that already manages your WhatsApp Business account. Connecting an existing number keeps its chat history; you can also start with a new number.

Send your first message

Message your connected WhatsApp number from your own phone. The conversation appears in the Inbox, and you can reply in the thread with text, media, a voice note or a canned reply.
WhatsApp lets you send a free-form message only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. Outside that window, only a template approved by Meta will send. This is Meta’s rule, not ours — see The 24-hour window and Message templates.

Invite a teammate

Open Settings → Users & Roles and press Invite member. Choose a role (Admin, Agent or Viewer), how long the link stays valid (1, 7 or 30 days) and an optional label to remind you who you sent it to. Press Generate link.The link is shown once — copy it, or use Send via WhatsApp to share it. Watx stores only a hash, so there is no way to show it again; to re-share, revoke the invite and create a new one.What each role can do: Members and roles.
