WhatsApp → Catalog and WhatsApp → Orders are two tabs of the same Commerce page. The catalogue is the products you can send into a chat; orders are what customers send back. Members with the Agent role or above can add, edit and sync products and change an order’s status.
This is Meta’s own WhatsApp catalogue, not a connected shop. If you run Shopify or WooCommerce, that catalogue lives in the store console and is a separate thing.

Catalogue

The Meta Catalog ID

At the top of the tab is a single field: Meta Catalog ID. Find it in Meta Commerce Manager → your catalogue → Settings and paste the numeric id here.
Without a catalog id, product messages are rejected by Meta. The tab says so until one is saved.

Products

Add Product asks for: The list has a grid and a table view, and a search box that matches SKU, name and description. Each row can be edited or deleted; deleting also removes the item from your Meta catalogue.
Adding or editing a product here saves it in Watx. It reaches your Meta catalogue — and so becomes sendable — when you press Sync to Meta Catalog. Do that after a batch of changes.

Syncing with Meta

Two buttons, pulling in opposite directions:
  • Import from Meta — reads every item in your Meta catalogue and brings it into Watx, keyed by SKU. Items with no SKU cannot be sent and are skipped, with a count. Use this when the catalogue was built in Commerce Manager.
  • Sync to Meta Catalog — pushes every product here up to Meta. Use this when you build the catalogue in Watx.
If Meta refuses, the error is translated into something actionable — the usual cause is the access token’s system user not being assigned to the catalogue, or the catalog_management permission missing from your Meta app.

Sending a product

Products are sent from the inbox composer as a single product card or a product list. A send needs the catalog id above, the SKU to exist in the Meta catalogue, and the 24-hour window to be open — a product card is a free-form message, not a template.

Orders

When a customer builds a basket from your catalogue inside WhatsApp and sends it, the order arrives here automatically and the message itself stays in the conversation. Search matches the customer and phone; a filter narrows by status. Two actions per row: View details opens the order — items with quantities and unit prices, the total, any note the customer added, and a dropdown to change the status. Open chat jumps to that customer’s conversation in the inbox. A new order starts as Pending. Status is yours to manage; nothing changes it automatically.
Item names come from your catalogue. If an order arrives for a SKU that is not in Watx, the line shows the SKU rather than a name — importing from Meta fixes that.
  • Analytics — orders, revenue and top products over a date range.
  • AI agents — an agent can look up a customer’s own orders, scoped to that customer.
  • Store console — for Shopify and WooCommerce catalogues, carts and cash on delivery.
