Sessions
Channels → Web → Sessions covers the Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. A session is written on the first widget load, and most loads never become a chat. The funnel is therefore sessions → chats → identified, never “visitors”, because counting every load as a visitor would make the widget look far busier than it is.
Two breakdowns sit under them:
- Top sources — where visitors came from, shown as the host rather than the full URL. A visitor with no referrer is Direct.
- Top landing pages — the page the widget was opened on.
Recent sessions
Visitor IP addresses are not stored. The approximate country shown in analytics is derived
without keeping the address itself.
Analytics overview
Channels → Web → Analytics → Overview covers widget sessions, chat volume, where visitors come from, and the leads they become. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or a custom range; every headline figure is compared with the previous period of the same length. Refresh re-reads it and Export downloads it as CSV.The headline figures
