WhatsApp → Campaigns keeps a list of campaign schedules: a name, what should run, and when. Members with the Admin role or above can create and edit them.
A schedule is a record of a plan, not a timer. Creating one does not start the broadcast at the scheduled time, and Next run and Runs stay empty. Send broadcasts from Broadcasts until that changes.

Creating a schedule

New schedule asks for: The broadcast id is checked before the schedule is saved: it must be a valid id of a broadcast that exists.

The list

Columns are Name, Type, Schedule (one-time or recurring), Runs, Status, and Next run. Two filters narrow it by type and by status. The row menu offers Activate / Pause, which flips between Pending and Running, and Delete, which removes the schedule after a confirmation.

Campaigns versus broadcasts

They are not the same object:
  • A broadcast is a real send — an audience, a template, per-recipient delivery status, a report.
  • A campaign schedule is a calendar entry that points at one.
If what you want is to reach the people an earlier broadcast did not, that lives in the broadcast report itself: the funnel’s didn’t reply, didn’t open and failed to deliver buttons open the wizard with that audience pre-selected.
